SLK FOOD PROCESSING does not accept returns. However, in cases where the wrong product or a damaged product is delivered to the customer, we will either initiate a refund for the wrongly/damaged delivered product or send a replacement, as per the customer’s request after communication.
Such communication must be initiated by the customer within 24 hours of delivery.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Refunds normally take 4–7 working days to process.
